GRINDER
The flexibility of the Clansman grinding wheel with swivel table allows access to all surfaces. Replaces manual grinding with hanging grinders. It is intended for grinding and cutting mostly larger castings
POWER BREAKER
Clansman power breaker solve the problems of cutting and processing castings in the foundry. Shorter pieces are easier to transport and process. The Clansman breaker is an extremely powerful tool for reducing the casting system to a manageable length. Breaker have a fracture capacity of up to 120 mm in diameter of all types of ductile iron.
CANNON
The air cannon is used to remove the casting systems on the castings. They can be mounted on a man-operated crane hook or can be attached to a Clansman manipulator for greater flexibility.
FORGING MANIPULATOR
Forging manipulators have been used in forges for many years and have proven to be an efficient way of serving ovens, hammers and presses. Conditions in forges are limited and require even better planning and flexibility to ensure full integration into production.
